For contract desks that are measured on what they close

Contracts won
not contracts chased

Run the whole desk in one place: qualified opportunities in, the right people put against them, every open item owned, and each win carried through to a signed agreement — with the record to prove it.

No card required to start. Upgrade when the desk is ready.

What it does

Four things a contract desk needs and rarely has together

Not a longer feature list — the four properties that decide whether a desk closes what it sources.

01

One pipeline, not six spreadsheets

Opportunities, the people you would put against them, live applications, and signed agreements sit in one place with one status model. Nobody has to reconcile a version of the truth before a Monday review.

02

Qualified before it reaches a human

Every opportunity arrives scored against the criteria your desk actually works to — rate band, duration, location and skill fit — so your team spends its hours on the ones worth pursuing.

03

Nothing falls through a gap

Each record carries an explicit next step and owner. Interviews, follow-ups and offer deadlines are visible before they lapse, not after a client asks why nobody replied.

04

Auditable by construction

Privileged changes are recorded as they happen, with the actor named. When procurement, finance or a client asks who changed what and when, the answer is already written down.

Outcomes

What changes once the desk runs here

Stated as ranges. What a given desk sees depends on where it starts and how much of the pipeline is already instrumented.

Hours → minutes
Time to a shortlist

Reviewing a week of inbound and producing a defensible shortlist becomes a short sitting rather than a standing commitment.

2–5×
Opportunities carried per coordinator

The same team holds a materially larger pipeline without adding headcount, because the coordination overhead per record drops.

Days → same day
Time to first response

Opportunities are answered while they are still live, which is usually the difference between a conversation and a closed door.

Single source
Reporting effort

Pipeline, conversion and contract state come from the records themselves, so the monthly pack stops being a manual assembly job.

Who it's for

Built for teams that answer to someone

Desks where the pipeline is material to the business and the record of how it was run has to hold up.

Enterprise contingent-workforce teams

Organisations above $1B in annual revenue running a standing bench across several business units, where governance and an audit trail are as important as speed.

  • Role-separated access with an immutable activity record
  • Consistent status model across every desk
  • Reporting that holds up in an internal review

Staffing and consulting firms

Businesses above $10M in annual revenue with five or more employees, where the pipeline is the business and coordination cost is the constraint on growth.

  • One workspace per desk, unlimited records
  • Placement lifecycle from first contact to signed agreement
  • Clear ownership on every open item

Managed service and vendor-management offices

Teams accountable for supplier performance who need one defensible view of what was submitted, what progressed, and what was agreed.

  • Every privileged change attributable to a named actor
  • Exportable history for client and audit reporting
  • Retention and access controls under your policy

How we engage

Five stages, in order

Deliberately staged. Nothing expands until one desk has run live against measures agreed in advance.

  1. Stage 1

    Scoping

We agree what a qualified opportunity looks like for your desk, which outcomes matter, and what the reporting has to answer.

  2. Stage 2

    Workspace setup

Your workspace is configured to your criteria and access model, and your existing records are brought across.

  3. Stage 3

    Pilot

One desk runs live for a bounded period against agreed measures, so the decision to expand is made on evidence rather than a demonstration.

  4. Stage 4

    Rollout

Additional desks and teams come on with the access model and reporting already established.

  5. Stage 5

    Ongoing review

A standing review keeps the criteria, the access model and the reporting aligned with how the business is actually operating.

Our perspective

What we believe about contract desks

The positions this product is built on. They are worth disagreeing with before you buy.

The pipeline is the asset

A contract desk loses far more to records nobody chased than to opportunities nobody found. Coverage is a coordination problem long before it is a sourcing problem, and it is worth instrumenting as one.

Speed decides most outcomes

Where several credible parties respond to the same opening, the first substantive reply sets the agenda. Compressing time-to-response is usually the highest-leverage change a desk can make.

Governance is not overhead

Knowing who changed what, and when, is what lets a desk move quickly without accumulating risk. Recorded after the fact, it is guesswork; recorded as it happens, it is simply the record.

Trust

How your workspace is protected

The commitments that matter to a security review, stated plainly.

Your data stays yours

Records are scoped to your workspace and readable only by the accounts you authorise. Access is checked on every request against the current state of your account, not a cached claim.

Least privilege by default

New accounts start with no elevated rights. Elevation is deliberate, granted by an administrator, revocable immediately, and recorded when it happens.

A complete activity record

Privileged changes are appended to an activity log that the account performing them cannot edit or remove.

Payments handled by a regulated processor

Card details are never entered into, transmitted through, or stored by this application. Amounts are held as exact whole units, so a total never drifts by a rounding error.

Questions

Answered before you ask

What problem does this actually solve?

Contract desks lose opportunities to coordination, not to a shortage of leads. This gives you one pipeline with one status model, an explicit next step on every record, and reporting that comes out of the records themselves.

How long before we see something real?

A pilot desk is typically live within days of scoping, working on your own records against measures agreed up front. The decision to expand is made on that evidence.

Do we have to move everything at once?

No. Engagement is staged deliberately: one desk runs live first, and additional teams come on once the access model and reporting are settled.

Who can see our records?

Only the accounts you authorise. Every request re-checks the caller's rights against the current state of the account, so removing someone's access takes effect on their very next action rather than whenever a session happens to expire.

Can we get an audit trail for a client or an internal review?

Yes. Privileged changes are recorded as they occur with the acting account named, in an append-only log that the actor cannot alter.

How does pricing work?

Published plans are on the pricing page and can be started directly. Organisations with governance, seat or data-handling requirements beyond the published plans should contact us and we will scope it.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Your records remain exportable for the duration of the engagement, and retention and deletion follow the terms agreed with you.

Put the desk on one pipeline

Create a workspace and bring one desk across. If the fit needs scoping first, we would rather have that conversation than sell you the wrong plan.
